American Care Health Flex Plan has both primary care providers and specialists for your convenience.
Primary Care
For primary care, you may visit the doctors at any American Care medical center across Florida. If it is more convenient, additional primary care doctors are available individually.
Specialist Care
Specialist care is arranged through your primary care doctor. Once you have been referred to a specialist by one of our primary care doctors, you may see any of the specialists in the network.
